Turning paper beads into jewelry

   I am having fun making paper beads. In fact, I have started to accumulate quite a few of them.

   I decided it was time to incorporate my paper beads into some jewelry pieces.

   My pal Jules has already laid claim to the orange and purple bracelet. I also made some earrings.

   Something I have learned through this process is to adjust the hole size in the paper beads I make. Apparently the BBQ skewers I use to roll the paper on make the holes a little too big to put on the headpins I use to make earrings. Somewhere along the line in my research I saw toothpicks used to wrap the paper. Maybe I’ll try that.
