Last month I did a bit of organizing in the Creative Cave. I guess all of my experiments can pile up quicker than I
expected.
How can one person with craft items make such a mess?
First I took down the “display” I had arranged when I was
contemplating craft fairs. That meant I had to have somewhere to put my completed
creations. Baggies and a basket came in handy for that.
I took down a square
card table I had been using and replaced it with the longer one that had held
all of my creations.
Oh the trash that had accumulated. Wire scraps, glue covered
paper towels and strips of paper were everywhere. I also had lots of beads scattered
about in little baggies, on the design board and even loose on the table. I
took the time to sort through most of them and put them in available
compartments in my bead containers. I do still have an assortment of beads all
together, but at least I labeled the bag they are in.
My yard sale box came in very handy. I stored all of my wire and stringing material
in the bottom. The shelf that goes into the top holds my pendants and miscellaneous jewelry findings.
I am very happy to have a cleared off workspace. I worked
from 8:30 a.m. to nearly 2 p.m. on this. I must say I am very happy with the results!
We’ll just see if it lasts.

I'm very impressed! I think I'll have to check it out in person!
