Grab bag makes beautiful necklaces

   In the blog post "Grab Bag of Goodies" I talked about using the very pretty beads that came in a grab bag from Auntie’s Beads. I still had more beads and findings in the bag so I decided to put them to use and make some necklaces. 

   I tried different arrangements on my design board. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a two-strand necklace, two separate necklaces or something completely different.

   I ultimately decided on two separate necklaces, without any charms. Once I was happy with the bead layout I started stringing it all onto beading wire.

   I alternated the fancy red beads from the grab bag with a variety of silver beads I had on hand.
