Gift-giving has changed for me as I have gotten older.
To me, just being remembered with a call or a card can mean
so much. And since I’ve started crafting I am finding great value in handmade
gifts.
For example, I made no-sew fleece blankets for
some friends and family.
My handmade jewelry has come in handy for gift giving, and I think gift baskets or goodie bags are nice gifts as well. I just love the Santa baskets I found on Black Friday.
I used to bake holiday cookies and give them as gifts in
Christmas tins or containers. I haven’t done that in many years and might just
renew that practice this year.
