Do you like donating to charities this time of year? While
we hope our gifts make it to the intended recipients, is there a way to really
know?
You can see it all over the news this time of year - Grinch
charities or lists of the best charities. These lists are based on the percentage
of the donations that actually go to the groups claiming to be helped and the
percentage that goes to administrative and operating costs, or even into
organizers’ pockets.
I searched around on the Internet and found some sites that
can be of some help. Be sure to do a little research on your own before making a donation to any local or national charity.
